Privacy Policy
This page explains how we handle personal data collected through liveupedit.com and yukle.liveupedit.com, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), TikTok username, your message.
- Delivery panel: the stream recordings, photos, written or voice brief and the format you choose.
- Technical: IP address and request time, kept briefly in server logs for security and spam prevention only.
3. Why and on what basis
- To prepare a quote, answer your question and produce and deliver the video you ordered (performance of a contract).
- To keep the systems secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- Your explicit consent given by ticking the box on the form.
4. Who we share it with
Form messages are forwarded to our team via Telegram so we can see them instantly; this may route the data through servers outside Turkey, and your consent covers that. Beyond this, your data is never shared with or sold to third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
5. How long we keep it
- Form messages: up to 12 months.
- Uploaded recordings and photos: deleted within 30 days after delivery, immediately on request.
- Delivered videos: kept 30 days for your revision right, then deleted. Showcase use always requires separate permission.
6. Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with and object to processing. Write to liveupedittr@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days.
7. Cookies and local storage
Essential local storage: lu_promo_seen (show the showreel pop-up once a week) and lu_consent (your cookie choice). These are not cookies and do not track you.
Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (only with your permission): We use Google Analytics to understand visit counts, page views and which sections get attention. No Google cookie is set unless you click "Accept all" or enable analytics cookies under Settings; if you choose "Essential only", Analytics is never loaded. If you accept, the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years) are written to your browser and visit data is transferred to Google LLC servers. Ad personalisation and Google signals are off. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Google's terms: policies.google.com/privacy.
